It's no secret.  I love to bake.  But when time (that little thing we are all looking for more of) is limited, I just don't get to.  So when I read about these cookies on Scout's blog, I immediately placed an order.  We ordered three different kinds.  The chocolate pinon biscotti, the toffee almond biscotti, and the green chile pecan sandia cookies. My sweet tooth was finally satisfied; they are all delicious.  The perfect little size.  Handmade from someone else's hands and sent right to my doorstep. Gotta love that!

Happy Tuesday!

Oh, I love biscotti! It's the kind of thing I hide in my upper cabinet (along with my dark chocolate) and I tell the kids it's just for adults to eat with their coffee. It's been awhile, though...I think I'm having a craving now.

  7. I'm so glad you liked them! The chocolate pinon are my favorite. Oh wait, the pistachio biscotti are too. Which reminds me. I need MORE!

Thanks for giving them a shout out!

Love the shot. The kitchen towel gives them the perfect “fresh from Mom’s kitchen” look. Your image is so appealing; we might just have to request permission to use that on their website. Amazing!

  10. Oh MY those look wonderful!!

I finished my pink scarf by the way. Mom and I have been knitting together ~ my grandmother is in the hospital so we've been knitting up a storm while there. I was using size 10 needles on the scarf and my Dad said they looked like drum sticks. LOL
