a few great things

Namaste bag. I had a fun swap with Scout back in February. I got to choose something from her shop, and with so many great things it took me a while to decide. I finally chose the Namaste Bag, and am I ever happy! I am in LOVE with this bag! It has a lot of pockets for all of your "stuff". I especially love the fabric inside. Not only will I love using this bag for my everyday knitting bag, I think it will be a great travel bag. I can't wait to "stuff" it! Thanks Scout!

Book Bag.

I did not make this bag, I purchased it from Old Navy. I thought it would be a great little bag for a small project. I just loved the fabric and the silk ties that where knotted after pushed through a grommet. I think all those who sew could make this and if you don't have a grommet maker a button hole would work just as well.

Juicy Wallets.

My sister purchased these wallets, for my children as an Easter gift. How cute are they? Recycled juice boxes. I love them! As it says on the tag," wallets that make smart use of what would otherwise be pure garbage". Gotta love that!

  7. how is this for serindipity - I was looking at a new Flickr group for UK recycling and they have instructions for making tetrapak wallets. A bit different from yours but it would be fun to try with the kids.
