I saw a really great, funny idea for sorting socks, which I admit, I never used. You give each family member a mesh laundry bag for their socks. They have to put their unrolled socks in there. You wash them and give them their bag back...That's it! Everybody's socks stay together (though not matched.) You could give each family member a color that is theirs...... Beth
